Information about a financial donation

DONATION FOR THE FAMILIES AFFECTED BY THE FIRE IN KOCHANI

Stopanska Banka stands with all affected by the tragedy in Kochani and is dedicated to delivering meaningful support.
Immediately after the event the Bank assisted the medical centers that accepted the victims and days later helped the Hospital in Kochani to equip and open a counseling center that will help the victims, the families and the community gradually heal.

In addition, Stopanska banka approved funds of 250.000eur that shall be disbursed directly to the accounts of the 200+ affected families beginning from the following week.
We provide this financial assistance to the families that are still battling with immense grief, as we acknowledge that they need all the support possible, especially in everyday life.

Having the community in mind, we have approached the City of Kochani with a proposal to build a kids velo-park as a new feature of the town promoting healthy lifestyle and urban cycling. This donation will stem from the 9th edition of the “Vozi pravo, vozi zdravo” our decade long project which will have the humanitarian character this year, and all participants will ride in honor of the victims in Kochani.

In closing, we wish to express our immense gratitude to the health care professionals that made the best imaginable efforts in helping the victims during the crisis and will continue to be in support of the healing process that will follow.

We are also grateful that our employees from the Kochani branch and the region for their dedication to the community and proactive approach.
