Board members visit Bitola
Bitola was the next stop on our journey across the country, meeting with clients, businesses, and branch employees.
Ms. Chrysoula Koutoudi, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Stopanska Banka, together with senior management, spent the day in Bitola focusing on the specifics of the city and its region — an area that thrives on its growing business community, flourishing tourism as well as its proximity to the Greek border.
Our clients welcomed the opportunity to meet with the management team, share their challenges, and discuss how the Bank can continue to play a key role in supporting their success and growth.
The visit also included meetings with branch staff, providing space for open discussions on operational matters and additional ways to strengthen communication — all aimed at further enhancing our client service model.
