OneID is a mobile application for electronic identification that allows clients to identify themselves to companies that require it as part of the services they provide.
Electronic identification enables you to confirm your personal identity and update your information with the Bank, especially in cases such as changing your ID card or passport, updating your address, and similar — without the need for a physical visit to a branch.
How is OneID used
Creating an electronic identification is simple and starts by downloading the OneID mobile application, available on Google Play, App Store, and App Gallery (minimum operating system version required: Android 6.0 or iOS 11.4).

- A mobile phone number (only Macedonian mobile numbers)
- A valid ID card or passport issued in the Republic of North Macedonia
