Ms. Chrysoula Koutoudi, appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Stopanska Banka AD – Skopje hereby informs the public that, following all the approvals from NBRNM, Ms. Chrysoula Koutoudi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank.

Ms. Koutoudi is an experienced banking professional with over 30 years of experience, the majority of which has been within the NBG Group. Her career is marked by outstanding achievements, recognition for innovation in 2022 and 2024, and exceptional leadership in digital transformation and the development of new banking services.

She became part of Stopanska Banka from her previous position as Assistant General Manager for Specialized Asset Solutions – Retail Banking at NBG, where she focused on enhancing products, digital tools and channels, as well as developing strategic partnerships and embedded banking concepts. She also brings significant experience in managing teams in corporate banking, project financing, credit analysis and collections,

Ms. Koutoudi’s appointment comes at a time when Stopanska Banka AD – Skopje, supported by the Group, is accelerating its investments in digital transformation, innovative solutions, and the continuous growth of its human capital. With the leadership and the expertise of the newly appointed Board members, the Bank is significantly strengthening its team and capabilities.

While in preparation for her new role, Ms. Koutoudi and her team have prioritized understanding and addressing the needs of clients, employees, and all other stakeholders, while also intensifying efforts in digitalization and technological innovation.

With the appointment of Ms. Koutoudi, the resignation of Mr. Diomidis Nikoletopoulos, who successfully led the Bank since 2013, comes into effect.
