Steps and important notes
DEPOSIT CASH AT ANY TIME AT STOPANSKA BANKA'S CASH-IN ATMS!
Find the nearest ATM marked “CASH IN” and make a cash deposit. Almost all ATMs in branches are equipped with Cash-IN functionality.
PAYMENT IN 3 STEPS:
- On the first screen, in the lower left corner, select DEPOSIT CASH, after which the ATM compartment opens where you need to insert the banknotes.
- Insert the banknotes into the compartment and select CONFIRM on the following info screen:
- You hereby confirm that you will insert DENARI within the recommended transaction limits indicated on the screen. It is important that the banknotes are neatly arranged and placed in the banknote slot – straight, not folded. If the inserted cash is outside the transaction limits on the screen, the transaction will be rejected, and the inserted cash will be returned for you to repeat the transaction within the recommended transaction limits. - A specification with the entered banknotes is displayed on the screen, you confirm it and the payment is recorded in the account linked to the card with which you made the payment. The ATM issues a confirmation/slip for a successful cash deposit.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The payment is recorded in the account associated with the card used to initiate the ATM payment process (debit or credit).
- Payment is only possible in denars.
- The maximum limit for a single payment is 100 banknotes/denars.
- Acceptance of all denar banknotes in denominations of 10, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000.
- Cash deposits are commission-free.
- For a successful payment, it is important that the banknotes are neatly arranged and placed in the banknote slot.
- Cash In transactions cannot be made via Google Pay™ and Apple Pay.
For payments from individuals:
- Debit card payments are immediately made available on the card.
- Credit card payments are made available to the card one hour after the payment is made. If the credit card payment is made outside of the payment transaction's working hours, the paid funds will be booked and made available to the card the next working day.
- Transaction limits for payments are set and communicated to the payer via the info screen in step 2 (limits may be changed in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations). The payment will be successful only if it is within the recommended transaction limits.
- The monthly cumulative limit for card payments for individuals is 500,000 denars.
For payments from legal entities (companies):
- Legal entities must have a Business card (issued in a fast-track procedure) to deposit cash at an ATM.
- All payments to legal entities are recorded as a DAILY MARKET payment to the legal entity's main (payment) account (not to the dedicated account on the Visa Business card). Payments are recorded on the account the same day if made during payment operations business hours.
- Payments outside of payment transaction hours are recorded on the next business day.
- Payments to the daily market at ATMs are commission-free at any time of the day.
- Multiple payments can be made during the day, with no daily or monthly transaction limit for payments, but a maximum of 100 banknotes can be entered in a single transaction.
