m-banking application update - Notifications

 

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that from now on you will have notifications for inflows / outflows of funds from your m-banking application of Stopanska Banka on the Google Play Store, iOS, on the App store and the Huawei App Gallery. All you have to do is update your m-banking application and set up notifications for your account.


The account notifications are exclusively intended for the users of the m-banking application of STB and are in the form of push notifications that arrive directly from the mobile application, in case of inflow or outflow of funds, and their placement is done through the application.

We would like to mention that these notifications do NOT INCLUDE: debit / credit card transactions, ATM withdrawals, online purchases and you will not be notified by push notification, but partly via SMS as before, account commissions and everything that is less than the minimum amount for notification of 100 MKD or 1 EUR / USD / CHF for foreign currency accounts.

Inflows based on salaries, pensions, other income and account transactions
Outflow on the basis of standing orders (fixed amounts, utility bills, loans, credit cards), over-the-counter withdrawals and other payments
How do account notifications work?

Only users of the m-banking application have the opportunity to receive push notifications. You can set the notifications when entering m-banking> from the hamburger menu select notifications> and then select the account and the minimum amount for which you want to receive notification.
After activating the notifications on a certain account, it is necessary to spend 24 hours for registration in the system, i.e. from the next day the account will be able to receive notifications.
If you make payments from i-bank channels (e-banking / m-banking) from account to account, you will NOT be notified regarding OUTFLOWS because you will already be notified through the service with detailed information that the order is successful as well as the number of FT transaction for successful operation, in case you send funds to a person who has activated the notifications option, the persons will receive a NOTIFICATION for INFLOW.
