When NBG took over the Bank, the Training and Development Department was established within the framework of the Human Resources Division in June 2001, thus making the Bank to be the first to introduce this activity in an organized manner in the Banking sector of the country.
The primary activity of this Department is holding seminars, presentations and specialized trainings, which constitute the professional training of the Bank's Employees. Some of the current seminars are: Customer Care, Marketing and Sales, Management and Leadership etc.
Since the aquisition of Stopanska Banka by NBG Group to date, over 200 seminars, with over 2,000 participants, covering over 45,000 training hours have been held, thus contributing to a significant success in terms of clients operations, as well as in all the activities of the Bank.
Within the framework of its program for creating a new generation of Bank managers, Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje supports its young high profile employees for obtaining master's degrees either in the country or abroad ( UK , USA , Greece , Italy etc.).
