Product description

VISA Business card is debit card issued to employees - members of managing teams who work in legal entities, and who go to business trips and have the right to spend on the basis of representations and other expenses on behalf of the legal entities.

VISA Business card contains the name of the employee, and one legal entity may obtain several cards.

Basic characteristics

•  The Bank opens a special deposit account to the legal entity for working with VISA Business card

•  The legal entity may determine separate limits for each holder of VISA Business card for disposing the funds

Validity period

•  First issuing - 1 year

•  Every following issuing - 2 years

Annual membership

For each VISA Business card, the legal entity pays membership fee in the amount of MKD 3,100 at annual level

Required documents

•  Application for the company (on a form issued by the Bank) and individual application for each holder of VISA Business card;

•  Copy of ID card or passport of the persons to whom VISA business card is requested to be issued;

•  Form PDD-MP ( Recapitulation for calculated salaries and paid contributions) for the last 3 months, certified by seal by the Public Revenues Office - copy, while the original is submitted for review;

•  Decision form the State Statistics Bureau ( a copy is submitted and kept );

•  Authorized signatures of persons authorized for representation (Form ZP), the original or a copy notarized by notary public is submitted and kept;

For legal entities that are not SB's depositors

•  Analytic card of the giro-account of the legal entity for the last 3 months is also submitted, certified by seal, (a copy is submitted and kept);

•  For legal entities that are not SB's depositors, the legal entity also submits a copy of the company's registration

Authorized person

Written authorization - for employee authorized by the legal entity who will be involved in the entire organization regarding the delivery of required documentation and taking the cards (not obligatory)
