PROCEDURE FOR OPENING NON-RESIDENT ACCOUNTS OF INDIVIDUALS

All individuals that reside in the Republic of Macedonia can open accounts at all STOPANSKA BANKA AD - SKOPJE's Branch windows (a network encompassing 25 Branches and 54 Sub-branches) that cover almost all towns and cities of Macedonia.

The procedure is very simple - the account is opened immediately, in the presence of individual by presenting the ensuing documents:

· Photocopy of the ID document (foreign passport, or a passport issued in Macedonia, with international residential visa, or as well labor visa valid for more than 6 months)
· Initial deposit of EUR 5, or the equivalent of other currency.

The account can be used by its holder, or a person authorized by the same that has deposited his/her own signature.

· Stopanska Banka enables the transfer in FCY and MKD at order of the non-residents
· The on-line system enables transfer of funds on behalf of SB's clients (residents and non-residents) be executed at the moment of receipt of the non-resident's order
· Limitless funds transfer
· Paying and disbursing cash in compliance with this country's legal regulations.
