CHARACTERISTICS OF LETTERS OF GUARANTEE

• Stopanska Banka AD – Skopje started issuing an electronic tender guarantee for participation in the procedure for awarding a public procurement contract, which is performed electronically through the Electronic System of Public Procurement.
  Persons authorized to sign tender guarantees through the Electronic System of Public Procurement are: Vesna Spasevska, Katerina Jovanovska and Cvetanka Kizova.

Commissions when collateral is mortgage or pledge 

Payment and Performance guarantee

• Quarterly 1,2% of the amount, min. 3.000 MKD 
• Monthly 0,4% of the amount, min. 1.000 MKD

Tender guarantee

• Quarterly 0,6% of the amount, min. 1.500 MKD
• Monthly 0,2% of the amount, min. 600 MKD 

Commissions when collateral is deposit or first-class Bank guarantee

A) Guarantee amount up to MKD 60.000 (for SBB clients)

1. Payment and performance guarantee

• MKD 3.000 one-off

2. Tender guarantee

• MKD 3.000 one-off

B) Guarantee amount greater than MKD 60.000

1. Payment and performance guarantee

• Quarterly 0.3% of the amount, min. 3.000 MKD or
• Monthly 0.1% of the amount, min. 1.000 MKD

2. Tender guarantee

• Quarterly 0.2% of the amount, min. 1.500 MKD or
• Monthly 0.07% of the amount, min. 600 MKD

• N/A if issued within the credit line

• Loan / collateral ratio depends on the solvency of the company and the location of the property

Required Documentation for Application

• Application for guarantee
• Current status and “Authorized signatures” form from the Central Register
• Official financial statements for the last 3 years
• Interim financial statements
• Valid documents for appraisal
• Tender documentation / pro-forma invoice / agreement and other documents depending on the terms and conditions of the guarantee
