SERVICES AVAILABLE ON ATMs:
1. BILLS PAYMENT SERVICE - presents an option for paying the utility bills with the companies that SB has signed contracts. This service will be available very soon. The BILLS PAYMENT service shall be available only to credit and debit cardholders of Stopanska banka (Visa & MasterCard). The use of the BILLS PAYMENT service is without ANY FEE or COMMISSION for cardholders (debit and credit).

2. FUNDS TRANSFER service - presents an option for MKD transfer of funds from MKD account connected to the card of any of the following account categories:
• Transaction accounts
• Credit cards and OK
• Visa internet account
• Loan account – housing/auto/consumer
• Flexi deposit
While performing the transaction, the client shall enter only:
• 10-digit account (without initial 200 and without the last 2 digits) and
• The payment amount
FUNDS TRANSFER service is available for all cards (Visa & MasterCard) issued by Stopanska Banka, as well as for the OK (line of credit) users. In addition:
• Transactions completed with debit cards and OK cards issued by Stopanska Banka are not subject to any fee for transfer of funds.
• Transactions completed with credit cards issued by Stopanska Banka, are subject to regular fee for cash withdrawal (MKD 100 + 2% of the withdrawn amount).

3. Mini monthly statement – presents an option for overview in the most important data from the last monthly statement for credit card or OK card. However, the client has an overview in the following data:
• Period for the last statement (from – to)
• Minimum amount for paying
• Total used amount from the loan limit
• Loan limit amount
•Available funds (at the end of the loan cycle)
By entering any of its credit or debit cards, the client may ask for an overview in the basic information from the last monthly statement of its credit cards or OK card.

ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR THE NEW ATM SERVICES:
1. АТМ payment service is available only for the cards issued by Stopanska Banka
2. АТМ payment service is intended only for individuals. VISA BUSINESS cards for legal entities are excluded from using this service.
3. Transactions made through АТМ payment service are not subject to any additional fees and commissions.
4. The BILLS PAYMENT service is available for all (Visa & MasterCard) cards issued from Stopanska Banka. Exception is only the case with VISA BUSINESS cards of legal entities.
5. Usage of FUNDS TRANSFER service has the same treatment with cash transaction. Therefore, the transactions completed with credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) are subject to regular fee for cash transactions in the amount of MKD 100 + 2% of the amount. By this, the potential misusages are controlled in direction of funds transfer from credit to debit card, and then cash withdrawal from the debit card without fee.
6. ATM PAYMENTS service is functioning 24/7, i.e. it is always available for transactions of the users within 24 hours, each day of the week.
7. Transactions completed out of the business hours of SB payment operations system, shall be realized (evidenced) the next working day. Those are transactions performed from Monday to Friday after 18:00 and on Saturday, the transactions made after 14:00.
8. Transactions completed within the business hours of payment operations system, shall be realized the same day.
9. In realizing the transactions through FUNDS TRANSFER ATM service, if the entered amount (for transfer) has decimal positions – the transactions are realized according to the generally accepted criteria for rounding to MKD 0.50 or MKD 1.
10. By entering any of (his/her) credit or debit card, the client can ask for an overview (mini monthly statement) of the basic information from the last monthly statement in its credit cards or OK. Taking into consideration that the information listed in the mini monthly statement are presented directly from the Card System database, the principle of rounding to MKD 0.50 or MKD shall not be applied.
