GOVERNMENT SECURITIES
Government securities are issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Macedonia, with maturity period of 3, 6, 12 months, 2 and 3 years.
Government bills are short-term securities with maturity period up to 12 months, while government bonds are long-term securities with maturity period of 2 and 3 years. The minimum amount for single request amounts to MKD 10,000. Each increment over the minimum amount is made by adding round amount of MKD 10,000.
The requests from the clients of Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje are collected on prescribed forms and are based on agreement, signed between Stopanska Banka and the client.
Trading on the secondary with government securities can be made in the frameworks of the institutionalized markets in accordance with their regulations, and out of the institutionalized markets (over-the-counter trading), in accordance with the stipulated regulations by NBRM and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Macedonia.
Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje approves calculation and collection of a fee for government securities for all maturity periods in the amount of 0.11% of the nominal value, however, not less than MKD 400.00.
Fee in the amount of MKD 250.00 is collected for the rejected offers of indirect bidders of government securities.
