Individual clients can deliver trading orders in the Bank's branches throughout the Republic of Macedonia.

During the office hours from 08:00 to 16:00, you can receive information on the current prices of securities and your portfolio status by telephone. |
| 4. WE REGULARLY INFORM YOU ON ALL TRANSACTIONS |
Clients can receive prompt transactions confirmation by telephone. We issue statements to the clients for the realized transactions. The clients can request information on the current balance in their securities' accounts at any time. |
| 5. WHY SIGNING AGREEMENT? |
By signing cooperation agreement, the clients regulate all formalities necessary prior to the start of trading in securities. At the same time, the agreement does not oblige the clients to trade. By signing the agreement, clients can simply deliver trading orders to their broker. |
| 6. WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR SIGNING THE AGREEMENT? |
For individual:
valid personal document and denar account (savings account or savings/current transaction account in one of the banks n the Republic of Macedonia in case of sale).
For legal entity:
Copy of the personal document of the person in charge of the company, court registration and statement from the Statistics Bureau, and company's denar account in one of the banks in the Republic of Macedonia . Also, the legal entity should deliver a Decision by the Management Body of the company for selling securities. |
