Procedures for submission of complaints or concerns

•  Our Procedures for submission of whistle-blowing complaints or concerns establish the rules of procedure for the receipt, retention, investigation and treatment of complaints received in Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters , as well as their confidential and/or anonymous submission by employees, clients, vendors, shareholders and all other stakeholders having business or other relations with Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje.

•  Following its commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in conducting all operations and activities, Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje now provides you with a confidential and/or anonymous channel for submission of complaints or concerns regarding financial statement disclosure, accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters.

•  Before completing the prescribed Reporting Form, please review our Frequently Asked Questions.

•  If you want to submit a good faith report or file a whistle-blowing complaint, please complete the prescribed Reporting Form which you can locate:
       - Through the Web page of Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje (www.stb.com.mk); and
       - Throughout the Branch Network of Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje (in designated places).

•  The completed Reporting Form can be submitted on any of the following manners, depending which is most suitable for you:
       - Through the Web page of Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje (www.stb.com.mk); and
       - Through regular mail at the following address:

•  If you want to submit a good faith report or file a whistle-blowing complaint, please refer to the following table which includes the types of reportable issues. Please select the appropriate designated field that best describes the type of issue you wish to report, and you will be directed to the Reporting Form. After the completion of the Reporting Form, please select the designated Submit field, and your complaint/report will be submitted to the relevant authority of Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje.

 

Types of reportable issues and their definition

The unethical systematic recording and analysis of the business and financial transactions associated with generally accepted accounting practices.
Examples include: misstatement of revenues and expenses, misstatement of assets and liabilities, misapplications of GAAP principles, wrongful transactions.

A conflict of interest is defined as a situation in which a person, such as a manager representing a company, an employee, or a professional, has a private or personal interest which might influence the objective exercise of his or her official duties.
Examples include: inappropriate vendor relations, bribery, misuse of confidential information, inappropriate gifts.

To appropriate (as property of the Bank entrusted to one's care) fraudulently to one's own use.
Examples include: deliberate bookkeeping errors, misapplication of funds, mishandling of cash.

4 Deliberate non-compliance or violation of valid internal or external regulation, more specifically laws, by-laws and internal policies and procedures of the Bank.
5 Unauthorized, unlawful or improper use of Bank's assets, including the unauthorized use of assets for other than legitimate business purposes.
6 Felonious taking and removing of Bank's personal property with intent to obtain unjustified personal benefit.

Uninvited and unwelcome verbal or physical conduct directed at a Bank's employee because of his or her sex, religion, ethnicity, or beliefs, more specifically conduct that creates an unwelcome or uncomfortable situation or hostile work environment.
Examples include: bias in hiring, bias in assignments, wrongful termination, bias in promotions, bias in educational decisions, inappropriate language or comments, unwelcome advances or requests for sexual favors, intimidation, bullying, or physical contact.
