(a) the purchase and sale of Securities at the order of and for the account of a client;
(b) the purchase and sale of Securities for its own name and account;
(c) the portfolio management of Securities at the order and for the account of an individual customer;
(d) performing transactions and activities for the account of an issuer of Securities necessary for a successful public offering of Securities, without mandatory buyout of unsold securities;
(e) performing transactions and activities for the account of an issuer of Securities necessary for a successful public offering of Securities, with mandatory buyout of unsold Securities;
(f) providing listing sponsor activities;
(g) providing investment counseling;
(h) performing transactions and activities for the account o third parties necessary for carrying out a takeover of a joint stock company in accordance with the Law on Company Takeovers as amended;
(i) keeping securities which includes opening and keeping securities accounts on own name and on behalf of clients in the Depositary and opening and keeping securities accounts and managing accounts of securities for its clients who are not owners of these securities , and on behalf of their clients and other services of securities by order of the client ( due to the claims of the publishers on due to securities, interest and dividend at the expense of the owners of those securities, notice of meetings of shareholders and presentation of those meetings, payment of tax liabilities of the client on the basis of securities that are his property, etc.) and
(j) acceptance and transfer of orders for buying and selling of securities on foreign securities markets.

WE REGULARLY INFORM YOU ON ALL TRANSACTIONS
Clients can receive prompt transactions confirmation by telephone. We issue statements to the clients for the realized transactions. The clients can request information on the current balance in their securities' accounts at any time.
WHY SIGNING AGREEMENT?
By signing cooperation agreement, the clients regulate all formalities necessary prior to the start of trading in securities. At the same time, the agreement does not oblige the clients to trade. By signing the agreement, clients can simply deliver trading orders to their broker.
WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR SIGNING THE AGREEMENT?
valid personal document and denar account (savings account or savings/current transaction account in one of the banks n the Republic of Macedonia in case of sale).
For legal entity:
Copy of the personal document of the person in charge of the company, incorporation document of the company and company's denar account in one of the banks in the Republic of Macedonia . Also, the legal entity should deliver a Decision by the Management Body of the company for buying/selling of securities.
