Confidentiality of deposit data
The data on individual's deposit (account number, deposit type, deposit balance) are SB's business secret.
The data on the deposits of individuals can be announced in the following cases:
- if the deposit holder has given a written consent to SB to disclose the data
- upon a written request, or order of competent court
- upon a written request of NBRM for supervision needs, or of another body authorized by law
- if the data are disclosed to the Money Laundering Prevention Department, in accordance with the law
